Responsibilities Prepare all beverages accurately and consistently Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a memorable dining experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy. Demonstrates full knowledge of bar menu and passes Barista test. Maintain garnish prep and freshness Check orders for accuracy before serving them to guests. Maintain clean and organized barista areas. Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. Familiarize yourself with the menu to make recommendations and upsell featured items. Inform guests about promotions, special events, etc. Embrace a positive and inclusive role within the Vicious Biscuit culture, actively engaging in teamwork, expressing enthusiasm for personal growth and development, and steadfastly upholding a commitment to excellence. Support Front of House operations as needed. Must be at least 21 years of age, as this role will pour and serve alcohol. Experience in fast‑casual restaurant environments. Experience in front‑of‑house restaurant roles. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Experience in high‑volume service environments is a plus.
