We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team at our Dallas Support Center. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to senior housing operations, real estate finance, acquisitions, asset management, and executive decision-making. You will work closely with senior leaders and contribute directly to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our organization.

This position is based in our Dallas office and requires in-person attendance five days per week.
What You'll Do

• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, developments, refinancings, and operating communities
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Analyze portfolio performance, including occupancy, revenue, labor, operating expenses, NOI, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive-level summaries
• Review operating statements, payroll reports, rent rolls, and market intelligence
• Support acquisition underwriting, valuation, due diligence, and strategic growth initiatives
• Assist with lender, investor, and ownership reporting requirements
• Develop ad hoc analyses and presentations for executive leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, dashboards, and financial tools

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, banking, consulting, or real estate experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial acumen
• Financial modeling experience preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously learn and grow
