Second Shift (Afternoons) Monday through Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm / 10% shift differential
Environmental Conditions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials, Working at heights

Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems Provide technical assistance and mentor junior mechanics Participate in Lean events to improve maintenance techniques

Requirements
Education High school diploma or GED Required Experience 3+ years in a mechanical role Experience in a manufacturing plant environment Self-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems Excellent communication skills Ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $28.16$42.25. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
