Sign on Bonus currently is $4000 for FT and $2000 for PT

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting each resident's dignity and independence.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.

• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other assigned observations.

• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Accurately document care provided according to facility policies.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.

• Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident rights guidelines.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional resident care.

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
