No CNA certification? No problem! We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of our residents.
What You’ll Do as a CNA TraineeWhile working within the duties permitted for a CNA Trainee, you will:
Assist the nursing team with resident care and non-clinical support
Help residents with daily activities as permitted
Provide companionship and support to residents
Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort
Answer call lights and communicate resident needs to nursing staff
Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident areas
Learn proper infection-control and resident-safety practices
Work alongside experienced CNAs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in training and education to prepare for your CNA career
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and resident-rights requirements
No previous healthcare experience is required!
