This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy and mental health services via video conferencing to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to devise integrated treatment plans that are evidence-based, cultural sensitive, and tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain regular monitoring of client progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and client feedback to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

• Educate clients and their families about diagnoses, available treatment options, and community resources, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their recovery journey.

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of client information at all times, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and professional guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily interface with a diverse range of clients in various stages of detoxification and recovery. This includes individuals grappling with mental health disorders compounded by substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
