Law Office Of Willie & Dasher is an established and growing family law firm based in Austin, TX 78735. We are professional and data-driven and serve all surrounding counties. We are seeking a full time experienced family law firm paralegal for a fast-paced firm.
* THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION WITH THE OPPORTUNITY OF SOME REMOTE DAYS*
Duties include:
- Drafting discovery
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and orders
- Responding to discovery
- Prepping clients for discovery, trial etc.
- Managing an active case-load of over 75 cases
- Ability to work independently and manage internal and court deadlines
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience working as a paralegal in a family law firm setting.
