Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate, dependable full-time Mobile  Phlebotomist   to work on our Hermitage , TN Mobile Team .   The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals, and phlebotomy.  The hourly rate for this FULL-TIME position is $20/hour . Schedule flexibility is required for this position as the days/hours worked each week will fluctuate .  Some evenings and weekends will be required. 

Qualified Phlebotomist applicants should possess:    

• a high school degree or equivalent,   
• a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience,   
• strong customer service skills with attention to detail,     
• a positive, caring attitude and,   
• scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts including evening and weekend hours
• may require overtime
• CDL license or the willingness and ability to get CDL license is desired
