Our team works closely with clients to understand their needs, provide dependable solutions, and support their operations from initial consultation through project completion.As Arkwright Industrial continues to grow, we are focused on expanding our customer base, developing new markets, and providing exceptional service while maintaining the quality, professionalism, and reliability our customers expect.Position Description—The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Lead and oversee general field and project operations, including electrical scope, for assigned work, with primaryresponsibility for getting the Jacksonville project fully operational and managing day-to-day execution acrossdisciplines.Provide operational leadership in the field, coordinating manpower, workflow, schedules, and site readiness to supportsuccessful project delivery.Supervise, guide, and coordinate electrical crews and coworkers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electricalsystems, including power distribution, wiring, lighting, fixtures, equipment, and control systems.Perform and oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fault resolution using appropriate testing equipment.Read, interpret, and apply electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications to field execution.Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local regulations, safety requirements, andcompany standards.Work closely with leadership, project management, and field teams to identify gaps, improve processes, and supportoverall operational efficiency.Travel as required, including trips to Odessa/Midland for Tyton Power, with additional travel to other locations asbusiness needs dictate.Other duties and projects as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
