Scheduler Production Planner Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 25.00 to $ 27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Develop and manage production schedules.
• Coordinate materials, resources, and production readiness.
• Adjust plans to meet changing demands and priorities.
• Monitor schedule performance and communicate risks.
• Manage material requirements and inventory levels.
• Partner with Procurement to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate BOM and ERP data.
• Support inventory and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production schedules and ERP records.
• Prepare reports on production, shortages, and deliveries.
• Track and report key operational KPIs.
• Coordinate production priorities across departments.
• Participate in planning and review meetings.
• Resolve scheduling and supply chain issues.
• Improve planning accuracy and scheduling processes.
• Support Lean and operational excellence initiatives.
• Assist with ERP and workflow enhancements.

Scheduler Production Planner Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of production planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment; HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams is a plus.
