You'll have the tools, technology, support, and respect to do your best work every day while helping homeowners stay comfortable.If you're looking for a long-term career with a company that puts its people first, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you'll install a wide variety of residential comfort systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.In this role, you will:Lead residential HVAC installations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.Install equipment including:Heat PumpsGas & Oil FurnacesDuctless Mini-Split SystemsBoilersGeothermal SystemsAnd other residential HVAC equipmentWork independently while collaborating with a supportive team when needed.Mentor and train HVAC helpers, helping develop the next generation of technicians.Complete installations correctly the first time and maintain accurate job documentation.Represent Haller professionally in customers' homes.Why Installers Choose HallerWe know great installers have options.
