About the Position

A regional health system north of Boston, which includes community physician practices and two hospitals, is adding Family Medicine Physicians. The health system has earned multiple accreditations and distinctions, such as The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval, Blue Distinction Centers+ for maternity and bariatric care, advanced cardiac and imaging accreditations, and repeated HeartCARE Center National Distinction of Excellence from the American College of Cardiology.

• Medical staff of more than 400 Physicians covering 60 different specialties
• The main hospital is 189 bed non profit facility affiliated with notable teaching and tertiary care partners, including an ongoing partnership with Tufts Medical Center
• This position will be a total outpatient
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, with one admin day that can be done remotely
• There are no evening office hours
• The average daily patient census is 18-22
• Call 1:7
• Spanish fluency is a plus, however, not required

• Base salary plus quality incentive and productivity incentive includes a comprehensive benefits package
• 4 weeks of paid vacation
• 1 week of paid CME time plus $4,000 in expenses
• Loan forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

• For air travel, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) are both roughly 30 miles away.
