A local steel manufacturer in Leary, TX is seeking a dependable and experienced Welder to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous welding experience and must be able to pass a welding test prior to hire. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG/Stick/Flux-Core welding based on project requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and fabrication drawings
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components to precise specifications
- Inspect welds for strength, quality, and accuracy
- Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, torches, and cutting equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety policies
- Previous welding experience required
- Must be able to pass a flat flux core test
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
