Description Call Center Representative at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is Perdiem and will work 8-hour, Evening shifts. Under moderate supervision, the PBX/ Call Center Representative answers a multi‑incoming computerized PBX system and directs calls to the appropriate extension, department or individual. Diploma or GED 1 year answering service background or professional switchboard operation Experience with heavy call traffic, multi‑incoming and outgoing lines Preferred Qualifications 2 years experience with computerized switchboard operation Experience in a healthcare environment 1 year PBX Operator experience Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
