Desktop Analyst

Our client is seeking a Desktop Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Analyst, you will be part of the End-User Computing support team supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Desktop Analyst Location Miami, Florida What's the Job? Provide hands‑on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications. Manage Active Directory / Azure AD user and access management. Support network connectivity including LAN/Wi‑Fi and VPN. Coordinate with other IT teams for end‑to‑end issue resolution and asset management. What's Needed? Experience in Desk‑Side / Field Support / End‑User Computing, with leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications. Experience managing onsite support teams and operations. Hands‑on experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
