This role involves working in a dynamic and growing unit, providing care in labor beds, postpartum beds, and assisting in two operating rooms. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide exceptional care and support during labor, vaginal deliveries, and C-sections
• Conduct inductions and manage OB ED (triage)
• Collaborate with other staff, including labor and postpartum RNs
• Utilize the fetal monitoring system and support midwifery patients with labor tubs

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Minimum of 2 years of labor experience
• ALS, BLS, NRP, fetal monitoring, C-EFM certifications
• Flexibility and teamwork ability
• Willingness to assist in postpartum if needed
