Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Performance & Optimization Analysis

• Analyze portfolio-level performance, return attribution, and risk-adjusted outcomes

• Identify opportunities to optimize capital allocation across portfolio companies

• Support scenario analysis to evaluate trade-offs between growth, leverage, and exit timing

KPI & Value Creation Analytics

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational and financial performance

• Analyze trends in revenue growth, margins, cash flow, and capital efficiency

• Identify underperformance drivers and potential optimization levers

Strategic Portfolio Support

• Support portfolio rebalancing, follow-on investment decisions, and capital redeployment

• Assist in evaluating bolt-on acquisitions, refinancing strategies, and exit alternatives

• Partner with portfolio teams on growth initiatives and operational improvements

Investment & Committee Support

• Prepare portfolio review materials and performance summaries for investment committees

• Present data-backed insights on portfolio concentration, exposure, and downside risk

• Support fund-level forecasting and performance tracking

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with investment, operations, finance, and portfolio management teams

• Support coordination between deal teams and portfolio operations resources

• Assist in standardizing portfolio monitoring and optimization frameworks
