About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a 12-hour shifts. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. You will be responsible for:
- Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, and vital sign measurements
- Supporting residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments through personalized care and activities
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assisting with mealtime, including feeding and hydration as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized living environment
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work 12 shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
