JOB DESCRIPTION:

Wesley Ranew State Farm is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping people and building relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to start or advance your career in the insurance industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Assist with customer billing and policy changes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Saint Louis, MO & Ladue, MO.
• Our office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a third generation State Farm agent.
• We currently have 13 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
