• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Start: June 30, 2026
• Pay Rate: $75.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s as preferred by the client; variable start times 0700-0900 (Day shift); rotating weekends (weekends may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs)
• Travel Requirements: Local radius is 50 miles - please reach out to the Account Manager for local rate
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a NMT/PET Tech travel contract opportunity at an Acute Care, MAGNET-designated hospital. This is a reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) position - 0 Hours NBO vs. the standard 40 Hours NBO. The candidate will primarily be working in PET but may float to Nuclear Medicine if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Work primarily in the PET department, with potential float to Nuclear Medicine as unit needs dictate
• Adhere to variable start times between 0700 and 0900
• Participate in post-shift call and rotating weekend call; travelers may not be asked to take call depending on experience level, but must be open to it - manager can review expectations during interview
• Accommodate weekend scheduling that may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs
• Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered
• All RTO (Request Time Off) needs must be included at the time of submission

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience accepted - 6 months of PET experience required, hard stop
• First-time traveler accepted if 2 years of experience; screen for less
• Does not need to have PET certification, but must have required Nuclear Medicine certification and PET experience
• Open to call requirements (post-shift and rotating weekends)

Preferred Skills

• Epic experience highly preferred
• Siemens experience highly preferred

Education Requirements

• ARRT(N) OR NMTCB with CA License - required
• BLS - required
• CA License required

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience (6 months of PET experience required - hard stop)
• First-time travelers accepted with 2 years of total experience

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Acute Care Hospital, MAGNET-designated facility
• Total staffed beds: 426
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrub color: RNs - Royal Blue; L&D/OR - provided (confirm applicable color with facility)
• Free parking available
• Post-shift and rotating weekend call required; frequency may vary based on traveler experience level
