ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Campaign & Social Media Specialist within the Marketing team, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, local activations, and social media content. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with internal teams and partners to ensure campaigns and events are delivered smoothly and consistently across channels. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign & Event Support (Offline & Online) Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and local activations Assist with the organization and execution of events, promotions, and community initiatives Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders for campaign and event delivery Track materials, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met Social Media & Content Coordinate the creation of social media content (visuals, copy, formats) with internal teams and external partners Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and local markets Schedule and publish content across social media channels Ensure brand consistency across all social media activity Coordination & Project Support Contribute to the planning and organization of marketing initiatives Identify potential risks or delays and proactively propose solutions Act as a point of coordination between marketing, creative, operations, and external vendors Monitoring & Reporting Monitor basic performance indicators for campaigns and social media content Collect insights and feedback from campaigns and social platforms Support the preparation of regular summary reports POSITION REQUIREMENTS Experience & Skills Experience in campaign coordination, social media, or marketing support roles Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills PERKS & BENEFITS Competitive salary package Health insurance (country-specific) International work environment Career growth within a global organization Ria Money Transfer is an equal opportunity employer.
