What You'll Do

Phone Sales

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients.

• Build rapport and identify customers' insurance needs.

• Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options.

• Present personalized insurance solutions.

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to policy completion.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Maintain accurate customer records using company systems.

Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.

• Answer client questions and provide policy information.

• Help ensure a positive customer experience before, during, and after the sale.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Professional phone presence

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to build trust and lasting client relationships

• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Insurance, phone sales, call center, or customer service experience

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License

• Sales or relationship-building experience

• CRM or sales software experience
