We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Analyst that can work either part-time (25 hours per week) to perform administrative duties or candidates that can work full-time and have a related Bachelor's degree or demonstrated 3 years of successful marketing and sales support activity in a technical or manufacturing organization.

SUMMARY OF JOB: This position will play a vital role in business development processes and client care, assisting business development managers and maintaining data on new customer inquiries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Assists Business Development Managers with special projects as directed and/or needed. An understanding of chemical processes is necessary to assist with projects.
• Assist in prospecting for new clients or providing market research for specific industries
• Processing of all sales orders.
• Coordinate client visits including providing guidance on accommodations and ensure visit arrangements are without issues
• Aggregate plant data for presentation to customers.
• Develop alternative formats for the current website and execute agreed changes
• Develop expertise of CRM systems used and act as the resource person for the team on the program
• Provide support for all promotional events such as trade shows and conferences.
• Manage vendors for development of promotional materials.
• Facilitate telephone and website inquiries to ensure timely feedback is provided from the appropriate technical staff on site.
• Develop new customer spreadsheet and maintain data to track progress of inquiries.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, the candidate must be able to demonstrate 3 years of successful marketing and sales support activity in a technical or manufacturing organization. Must be self-motivated with excellent computer and organizational skills.

PAY RANGE: $26.45 to $31.25 per hour or $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
