Property Marketing CoordinatorThe Property Marketing Coordinator supports marketing initiatives that drive leasing performance across multifamily communities, including new developments and established properties. This role collaborates closely with the design, digital, and operations teams to coordinate campaigns, maintain marketing assets, and execute strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support occupancy goals.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketing Project CoordinationCoordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials for new and existing properties per brand standards established by Art Director.Support the implementation of marketing plans and leasing campaigns across multiple communities.Assist with the launch of new property brands, ensuring marketing materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.Manage marketing requests and coordinate project execution with internal and external stakeholders.Digital Marketing & Website ManagementMaintain property websites and third-party listing integrations, including content updates and platform management.Coordinate website enhancements, interactive tools, and digital marketing assets to support lead generation efforts.Monitor marketing performance reports and help track action items and campaign optimizations.Support the execution of social and marketing campaigns, including coordination of content, design, and deployment.Portfolio Marketing SupportReview community performance metrics and assist in identifying marketing opportunities to support occupancy goals.Help develop and implement targeted marketing tactics for priority properties and leasing initiatives.Conduct marketing assessments and provide recommendations to improve visibility, engagement, and lead conversion.Collaborate with property teams to support local marketing efforts and promotional activities.Resident Engagement & Community ProgramsAssist in the development and implementation of resident engagement initiatives and communication programs.Support resident referral and loyalty programs that enhance resident satisfaction and retention.Coordinate marketing support for community events and resident-focused campaigns.Help maintain consistent brand messaging across resident communications and community channels.General ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties and special projects as assigned.Maintain a professional, organized, and collaborative work environment.Demonstrate reliable attendance and effective time management.Uphold company values and contribute positively to team success.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, property marketing, or a related field.Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, and social media channels.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build positive working relationships.Culture & Total Rewards ApproachWhy Join Enclave?When you become part of Enclave, you join a team of trailblazers in the real estate, construction, and property management industry.
