Payroll Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Owning core parts of the payroll function, the full-time Payroll Analyst will manage bi-weekly payroll processing in Workday, ensure multi-jurisdiction tax compliance using ADP SmartCompliance, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines Serve as the main contact for employee payroll questions, providing excellent customer service Analyze and verify payroll data, including new hire and termination information, to maintain data integrity Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing and multi-jurisdiction tax compliance using Workday Experience with ADP SmartCompliance for tax filings and wage garnishments Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local withholding tax requirements Proven track record of accuracy in a high-volume payroll environment Ability to process manual payroll adjustments for wages and taxes
