Job Title Registered Nurse – ICU Location Stockbridge, GA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting managing complex diagnoses including ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, Encephalopathy, Liver failure, Drug overdose, and ESRD on CRRT Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2–3, with the possibility of taking a 3rd patient as census demands (24-room unit with average daily census of 19) Utilize unit systems including Pyxis, Epic, and SBAR for documentation and patient management Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed Work every other weekend and adhere to holiday coverage expectations per contract terms Maintain full compliance with all onboarding and credentialing requirements prior to start date Required Qualifications Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (first-time travelers accepted) BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required prior to start Must adhere to RTO policy: all RTO must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests permitted post-offer or onsite; no RTO during orientation week Maximum of 7 RTO days per contract Local candidates are accepted at the same rate Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with CRRT management Familiarity with Epic EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing systems Experience caring for adult to geriatric patient populations in a high-acuity ICU environment Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a high-acuity ICU environment managing a diverse and complex patient population First-time travelers are welcome, making this a great opportunity to launch your travel nursing career Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775847.
