As an HRIS Analyst, you will support HR operations, payroll, benefits, and compliance. This role serves as a bridge between HR and IT to ensure system functionality, security, and alignment with organizational goals.What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:HRIS ManagementMaintain and update data in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and securityParticipate in configuration and optimization of HR system modules to meet the organization’s changing needsTroubleshoot and resolve any data or system issuesTest, confirm impacts and propose optional updates to the system from semi-annual system releasesMaintain data integrity in systems by running queries, analyzing data and proposing solutions to issuesAct as first point of contact for HRIS tickets in ticketing systemCreate and maintain reports in Success Factors Report Center (table, advanced reporting, scheduling, etc.)Documentation & TrainingParticipate in HR Projects and initiatives that may require support in development of deliverables, meeting notes, issues logs, quick reference guides, other project documentation, as well as communication and training materialsReview vendor documentation on HRIS system upgrades, create and maintain internal test scripts and training materials for system upgradesTrain new HR staff on system functionalities and best practicesProcess ImprovementIdentify and propose opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and improved data managementCollaborate with HR and other teams (IT, Finance, etc…) to implement system enhancements and new technologiesEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policiesWhat we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:Required ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in HRIS AdministrationExperience with SuccessFactorsPreferred Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong understanding of HR processes and practicesHigh level or proficiency in Excel and other data management toolsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field or 5 years of relevant work experienceTravel & Working EnvironmentThis role may require occasional travelThis position will be hybrid with 3 days onsite in the Charlotte office (Tues-Thurs)How we live our cultureOur culture is at the center of what we do and, more importantly, who we are.
