Senior Marketing Strategist

To support client success through advanced marketing strategies, the remote Senior Direct Marketing Strategist will onboard and assist clients with Direct Marketing Services, focusing on lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and direct response while enhancing campaign planning and performance analysis. Key responsibilities Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, and direct mail Collaborate with internal teams to guide campaign messaging, targeting, and design to align with client objectives Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing timely insights and recommendations for improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in direct or lifecycle marketing with a proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools, preferably ServiceTitan Marketing Pro or similar platforms Analytical approach with experience using performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
