Member Experience Communications Lead
Lakeshore Sport and Fitness
Lakeshore Sport and Fitness seeks a role focused on creating exceptional member communications and coaching an AI assistant to reflect the Lakeshore voice. You will learn each department’s programs—from youth camps to fitness events—and help craft warm, accurate responses for members. Great written communication, relationship building, and curiosity are essential as you collaborate with staff across the club to enhance the member experience.
