Total Rewards Analyst
$125k - $150kWebflow
We're looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to help us design and deliver compensation and benefits experiences that are equitable, data-informed, and deeply employee-centered.
You'll play a key role in supporting and evolving our global compensation programs and benefits offerings, ensuring they're not only competitive in the market but truly meaningful to the people who receive them. You'll be hands-on with operations, data, and tools that help ensure our programs run smoothly, moving fluidly between compensation cycles and benefits administration as the team's needs shift. You'll work closely with senior members of the team and cross-functional partners, taking ownership of defined processes across both disciplines. You'll also help us build scalable operations through automation and documentation so the impact of your work is felt well beyond the day-to-day.
About the role:
- Location: Remote-first (United States)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $125,000 - $150,000
- Zone B: $118,000 - $142,000
- Zone C: $110,000 - $132,000
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
As a Total Rewards Analyst , you'll work on…
- Compensation Analysis & Support
- Administer assigned elements of the annual and mid-year compensation cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of system updates, testing, and training/announcement materials.
- Conduct job pricing using standardized methodologies as part of our market benchmarking process.
- Maintain pay ranges and support job mapping and internal equity analysis as part of pay structure upkeep.
- Support pay equity audits and data validation activities under guidance from senior team members, maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Serve as a first escalation point to employee compensation questions submitted through People Help tickets, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Benefits Administration
- Administer day-to-day benefits administration such as enrollments, terminations, life events, and audits within established SOPs and SLAs, including with international benefit providers.
- Own assigned components of Open Enrollment and renewal cycles, ensuring accurate execution and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors on eligibility files, audits, and issue resolution, escalating as needed.
- Drive routine Leave of Absence (LOA) processing and data updates, ensuring payroll and benefits accuracy during leave.
- Support compliance activities (ACA, COBRA, and other statutory programs) under guidance, maintaining audit-ready records.
- Communicate benefits information clearly and empathetically; serve as a first escalation point to employee benefits questions submitted through People Help tickets, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Maintain compensation and benefits data accuracy across Workday, payroll, and vendor systems, running audits and correcting discrepancies.
- Generate standard reports and dashboards supporting compensation cycles and benefits metrics.
- Assist in identifying simple patterns in the data that could point to inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement.
- Own compensation and benefits survey submissions, including internal-to-external job mapping.
- Operational Excellence & Automation
- Build and maintain basic automated workflows (e.g., Zapier, Cowork) to help the team run more smoothly.
- Keep process documentation current and organized so others can follow established protocols easily.
- Suggest ways to improve our processes using automation or AI tools, with support from more senior team members on implementation.
About you:
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, especially in a global and/or remote company.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, and are highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets .
- Familiar with HRIS systems and compensation/benefits management tools such as Workday, Pave, and Radford .
- Experience with AI and automation tools like ChatGPT, Claude Cowork/Chat, and Zapier
You'll thrive as a Total Rewards Analyst if you:
- Can apply sound judgment within established SOPs and know when to escalate — this role owns defined processes with edge cases, not fully autonomous program design.
- Excel in communication and can work effectively and collaboratively across diverse teams including other People teams, Finance, Payroll, Sales, and Legal.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
Benefits
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
