Drata is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to strengthen compensation programs, ensure accuracy across benefits, and scale total rewards operations. You will turn market and employee data into clear recommendations, support annual compensation and equity cycles, and help leaders make equitable pay decisions with a focus on automation and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with HRIS, People Ops, Finance, and vendors to maintain data integrity, run reconciliations, and support health, #J-18808-Ljbffr Careers at Drata
