This full-time, hybrid role reports to the Director of Compensation & Equity and focuses on evaluating, benchmarking, and maintaining competitive total rewards programs using AI-driven workflows. In this role you’ll conduct job evaluations, price markets, support equity programs, and build data-driven guidance for leaders.
