Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Extensive experience with surgical patient population and telemetry. Prior LVAD experience and certification. Description: Patient population includes post open heart, heart transplant, LVAD, leg bypass, rib resections, and pneumonectomy. Candidates must possess strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care is expected. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to adapt to changing patient needs is crucial.
