We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our healthcare support team.
You will assist patients by handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, updating patient information, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Bilingual English & Spanish
1 year of experience in customer service
