IT Project Manager / ServiceNow / Phoenix, AZ

We are partnered with a large enterprise technology organization that is investing heavily in its ServiceNow platform and project delivery capabilities. The company is looking to hire a Project Management professional to drive ServiceNow adoption, establish governance standards, and create a centralized framework for project tracking and reporting across the organization. This is a highly visible role that will work closely with senior leadership to improve transparency, standardize processes, and ensure teams are aligned on project execution. They are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong ServiceNow expertise who can build structure in a growing environment. The ideal candidate has experience leading software development projects, implementing project governance frameworks, and coaching teams on best practices within Agile environments. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise software and technology projects from initiation through delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives (30%) Establish project governance, documentation standards, workflows, and reporting processes within ServiceNow (25%) Drive ServiceNow adoption across Project Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery teams through coaching and best practices (20%) Create executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to improve project visibility and stakeholder communication (15%) Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, business analysis, product, and leadership to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines (10%) Qualifications 5+ years of IT Project Management or Program Management experience Strong hands‑on experience utilizing ServiceNow for project tracking, governance, or PPM initiatives Experience leading software development projects and working within Agile environments Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and project delivery best practices Experience building project management frameworks, governance models, and reporting standards Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus The Offer $115,000 - $120,000 base salary Full‑time opportunity Hybrid work environment in Phoenix, AZ Typically 3 days onsite per week, with flexibility for additional onsite collaboration as needed High‑visibility role with direct interaction with senior leadership Opportunity to build and scale project governance practices across multiple locations Strong organizational investment in ServiceNow and long‑term transformation initiatives High‑impact position focused on strategy, process improvement, and leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment Partners LLC
