Relief Sales Manager

Hiring Immediately The Relief Sales Manager is responsible for up‑selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This role will account for retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and handle on‑premise customers. The candidate will support Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites, placing them in retail stores across the assigned territory. Shift and Schedule Full‑time Start at 7:30 am; finish when work is completed Monday–Friday Flexibility to work overtime as needed Position Responsibilities Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and achieve specific volume objectives by providing a seamless customer experience in the absence of an Account Manager. Contact key personnel at assigned accounts to pre‑sell products, promotions, displays, point‑of‑sale material, beverage section revamps, and service requirements. Develop and implement beverage shelf re‑allocations designed to maximize brand sales. Participate in installation of revamped beverage sections, displays, and placement of point‑of‑sale material according to company merchandising standards. Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in allocated beverage sections, including racks and secondary displays. Assist in sales, placement, and vendor changes in chain store accounts; check regularly for proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection, and product availability. Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activity, competitive sales, and space allocations. Maintain adequate back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in‑store stocking and merchandising. Total Rewards Pay starting at $22.28 per hour, increasing to $23.44 per hour in the quarter following the 6‑month anniversary. Requirements At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up‑selling. Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly. Possession of a valid driver’s license. Proof of vehicle insurance. Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
