$19.00 to $22.00/hr. Based on Experience + Monthly Leasing Commissions + Renewal Commissions + Comprehensive Benefits

We're looking for a sales-driven Leasing Consultant who understands that leasing isn't just about giving tours—it's about building relationships, creating excitement, and confidently asking for the lease.

What You'll DoWelcome prospects and provide exceptional customer service from the very first interaction.
Conduct engaging apartment tours that showcase the lifestyle and value of our community.
Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into signed leases.
Meet and exceed monthly leasing goals.
Build rapport with prospective residents and confidently ask for the lease.
Process rental applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently.
Assist with resident renewals and help maximize resident retention.
Partner with the management team to maintain strong occupancy.
Contribute creative marketing ideas, outreach efforts, and resident events.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
Previous apartment leasing experience or a proven background in commissioned sales preferred.
A confident closer who isn't afraid to ask for the lease.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Positive, energetic personality with a strong sense of urgency.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
Experience with Entrata or other property management software is a plus.
