UX Designer

Help define the look and voice of Media Advantage Corp as a junior UX Designer working alongside a tight-knit creative crew. The $39,000 - $62,000 is the floor, not the ceiling; with 1 years and creative ownership, this Media Advantage Corp role keeps rising. Key Responsibilities Drive wildly-collaborative content series from ideation to publication and promotion Choreograph photo shoots in Tucson from shot list to retouched selects Refine messaging and visuals using performance data and audience insight Localize creative for Tucson audiences without flattening the original idea Reframe constraints from the contract budget as the brief's most useful lever Map where Adaptability and Prioritization overlap, then live in that messy middle Translate the Media Advantage Corp mission into a thirty-frame story a stranger finishes What You'll Bring Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before 1+ years of Zeplin reps, not just Zeplin exposure Experience at the junior level inside a contract role An AZ sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market Three things define Media Advantage Corp: a Tucson address, a joyfully-rigorous culture, and a near-religious devotion to Miro. Around here, "I don't know yet" is a perfectly respectable sentence and often the start of something good. We combine $39,000 - $62,000 with flexible remote work, paid volunteer days, and clear opportunities for advancement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Innovation Corp
