Logistics Specialist

Job Summary A consumer services organization in Wayne, PA is looking to hire a Reverse Logistics Specialist on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is hybrid, three days a week in office and two days a week remote. The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of related experience. The hourly rate is $28/hr and the hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM with a 30‑minute lunch (37.5 hours/week). In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 3 Days/Week in Office Hourly: $28/hr Responsibilities Point of contact for all issues that may arise with post shipments such as freight claims, lost items, damages, etc. Obtain order status and update all parties involved Assist in the product return process Investigate issues to prevent future repetition of the incident Keep track of inventory and stay informed of short dated, expired and obsolete inventory Communicate with customers to assist them in using company reports and systems Collaborate with the logistics, sales and customer services teams to ensure seamless processes for customers Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably within Supply Chain and Logistics Two years of logistics experience required Proven customer service and relationship management skills Experience using an ERP system is ideal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
