Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday; seasonal Saturday hours as needed)
About Us
We are a locally owned landscape supply and aggregate company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Western Pennsylvania. We are seeking a dependable and organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments
- Manage accounts receivable, customer billing, and collections
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor records
- Reconcile statements and assist with monthly reporting
- Answer phones and assist customers in person and by email
- Prepare delivery paperwork and support office operations
- Assist with scheduling drivers and coordinating deliveries
- Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or office administration preferred
- High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting or business preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and basic computer systems
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
