Mental Health Therapist/Psychologist/Social Worker for Private Practice

The Highlands Psychology Group is currently hiring Mental Health Therapists, Psychologists, and Social Workers to join our rapidly growing group private practice in Bloomington, IN.

Our team is comprised of independently practicing therapists who serve a diverse clientele with specialties including EMDR, DBT, trauma-informed care, and child therapy. We pride ourselves on a strong work ethic and a dedicated, supportive team culture. We aim to provide our staff with the skills-building and resources necessary to succeed individually and as a team.

Joining our practice allows you to experience the benefits of private practice—such as setting your own schedule and choosing your clients—without the stress of starting from scratch. To support your practice, we provide:

- Referrals, marketing, and advertising

- Warmly furnished office space with Wi-Fi

- Billing services and a top-end EHR system

- Peer supervision and consultation meetings

- Access to a group room and breakroom with a kitchen

The ideal candidate will offer high-quality care, demonstrate a high level of ethics, and work collaboratively with colleagues. As an independent contractor, you will determine your own hours, and compensation is competitive on a percentage basis.
