Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Our client is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their busy and supportive dental team in Valley Park, MO. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys working in a collaborative, low-drama environment and values strong teamwork. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule

Full-Time:

1. Monday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
2. Tuesday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
3. Wednesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
4. Thursday: 6:30 AM 2:30 PM

Part-Time Option:

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $50 $55 per hour (based on experience)
• Production Bonus: $20 per additional patient seen
• Scrub Stipend: Offered

Practice Details

• Team Size: 10 team members
• Operatories: 9 ops
• Dental Software: Dentrix
• Hygiene Setup: Single or double column based on hygienist preference
• Hygiene Assistant: Available if working double column
