We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to get started in real estate and learn the process from pre-licensing through early production within a structured and supportive environment while working toward earning rewarding commissions.

You will learn to complete state-approved pre-licensing education with guidance and consistent support while getting early exposure to how real estate agents build their business. You will be around experienced agents who focus on learning, collaboration, and steady progress as you begin building confidence and understanding of the industry.

You will learn to communicate with clients, understand how the market works, and build habits that support long-term growth. With coaching and practical insight, you will learn to move from coursework into real conversations and early production.

$130,000 at plan commissions

• Complete the required pre-licensing coursework and obtain a real estate license
• Learn to generate and manage client relationships through proven systems
• Attend training and coaching sessions to build sales and business skills
• Assist clients with buying and selling real estate, following established models
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and communication

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to complete state licensing requirements
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work with people
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a flexible schedule
• No prior real estate experience required
