This role also involves developing and executing innovative digital strategies to enhance the guest experience, optimize revenue, and support brand growth. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in business strategy functions, with a strong background in advanced analytics, digital marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a strategic leader with proven experience in team management, CRM and data systems, and a deep understanding of the sports, entertainment, or venue industry.
