Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
• Comfort and adaptability working with students aged K-12 across a range of abilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Ability to travel between multiple sites

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, supporting their participation and success in school routines
• Assess, develop, and implement appropriate intervention plans
• Maintain thorough documentation and IEP reporting as required by the school system
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure best practices in student care
• Adapt schedules as needed depending on student and site needs
