You'll collaborate with school staff to provide vital OT services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The flexible, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm schedule means you can balance professional responsibility with personal time, all while working with a diverse, inspiring student population.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Prior experience (or strong interest) in working within a school-based or pediatric setting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
• Ability to adapt evaluation and intervention strategies for a range of ages and developmental stages
• Passion for helping students build skills for independence and classroom success
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple school sites

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students with varying needs as identified in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set achievable goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff, to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
• Communicate with parents and guardians about progress and strategies for continued support
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and professional standards
