Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Swim instructors in Beverly Hills to join our dynamic platform. Whether you're a seasoned coach or new to the profession, our flexible model lets you set your own schedule, define your rates, and work with motivated students ready to build confidence and skill in the water.
Responsibilities
- Customized Instruction: Deliver personalized lessons that meet each student's unique needs and level.
- Skill Development: Build lesson plans that improve stroke technique, water safety, and confidence.
- Positive Learning Environment: Foster a safe, supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and enjoyment.
- Effective Teaching Strategies: Use proven methods and progressions to ensure steady progress and student retention.
Requirements
- Previous experience in swim instruction, coaching, or similar roles.
- A true passion for swimming and a strong desire to help others succeed in the water.
- Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
