海外销售专员 / 海外销售代表
一、本岗位主要负责香港市场的客户开发、产品推广及销售业绩达成，办公地点位于香港金钟海富中心。

二、岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）
1，新客户开拓：通过多类渠道（领英、行业展会、线上网络、邮件营销、合作伙伴转介绍等）主动挖掘目标区域潜在客户，完成客户触达并建立业务连接。
2，需求挖掘与方案呈现：深度调研客户业务，识别客户业务痛点与业务目标；通过线上产品演示、产品讲解、价值分析，向客户清晰输出适配的产品解决方案。
3，销售全流程管理：独立跟进线索至签约成交的完整销售周期，涵盖需求确认、方案输出、报价沟通、商务磋商、合同签订等环节；熟练使用 CRM 系统完成销售过程记录与跟进。
4，市场洞察与跨文化协作：持续跟踪负责区域的市场趋势、竞品动态以及客户反馈，向内部输出有效建议，助力产品及市场策略迭代；可与多元文化背景的客户及内部团队开展沟通协作，保障良好客户体验。
5，业绩达成：对个人销售结果负责，完成并争取超额达成个人月度、季度、年度销售业绩指标。

三、任职要求（Job Requirements）
1. 工作经验： 具备 1–2 年及以上 IT、SaaS、ERP软件或科技产品销售经验；有企业级软件销售、AI、RPA、自动化工具或相关科技产品销售经验者优先。
2. 语言与本地化背景： 必须为香港本地人士，或具备母语级粤语表达能力，能够使用粤语进行流畅的商务沟通；同时熟悉香港本地文化、商业环境及客户沟通习惯。仅能听懂粤语但无法流畅表达者不符合岗位要求。
3. 学习能力与成长意愿： 对 AI、软件及自动化行业有浓厚兴趣，认可影刀的产品价值与发展方向，乐于学习新技术、新产品及新的销售方法，重视长期职业发展。
4. 主动性与执行力： 性格积极主动，具备较强的目标意识、客户开发意识和自我驱动力，能够主动寻找机会、持续跟进客户并推动成交。

# Sales Representative – Hong Kong Market
Must be a Hong Kong local resident, currently working in Hong Kong, or possess native-level Cantonese proficiency.** Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese in business settings

## Job Responsibilities

- **Business Development:** Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, industry events, email outreach, online channels, and partner referrals.
- **Needs Analysis & Product Demonstrations:** Understand clients’ business needs and challenges, deliver product presentations, and demonstrate tailored solutions.
- **Full-Cycle Sales Management:** Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing, including needs assessment, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and CRM updates.
- **Market Research:** Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth and product strategy.
- **Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- At least **3 years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience**. Experience in AI, RPA, automation tools, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
- **Must be a Hong Kong local resident, currently working in Hong Kong, or possess native-level Cantonese proficiency.** Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese in business settings. The ability to understand Cantonese without being able to speak it fluently is not sufficient.
- Good command of English for product demonstrations, business discussions, and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Strong prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
