How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Deliver comprehensive care at the Joint Center by performing dual-role scrub and circulating functions for high-volume orthopedic and total joint replacement procedures.
• Directly assist operating physicians with critical intraoperative tasks, including hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, patient positioning, and meticulous sterile field management.
• Manage entire surgical workflows by preparing operating rooms, verifying specialized orthopedic instruments, and accurately monitoring and documenting patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
• Available for rotating 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM with zero weekend or holiday call requirements.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
