Controls Manager

w:Controls Manager will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and programs coordination of specific Controls and SW platform solution s. Key Responsibilities es:Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/progra ms.Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interfa nt.Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to overall program milestones and objectiv es.Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigati on.Lead and mentor a team of controls engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environme nt.Ensure rigorous validation of control functions to meet and exceed specified requirements throughout the vehicle development cyc le.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other engineering units to drive the development of cutting-edge controls technolo gy.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in controls engineering processes, methodologies, and technologi es. Qualifications & Skills Requi red:As need to work on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical soluti ons.Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer ing.Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience (2 years in automot ive)Ability to work in an Agile environm ent.Previous experience as Controls/SW developer using Matlab Simulink/Stateflow, Embedded C, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plusBe proactive, take ownership and be accounta ble.Familiarity with software development tools and debugging techniq ues.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clea rly.Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to det #J-18808-Ljbffr Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group
